Introduction
Culture determines how people make decisions and get work done. This course shows how to diagnose cultural gaps, design targeted interventions, and measure results. It focuses on practical tools that link culture to strategy, retention, and team performance. Participants leave with a clear, evidence-based plan to shift behaviors and track impact.
Objectives
2. Translate strategic priorities into specific behaviors and role expectations.
3. Design and prioritize interventions (leadership practices, rituals, structure, rewards) with an implementation plan.
4. Build measurement frameworks and KPIs to track cultural change and connect it to performance outcomes.
5. Coach leaders and managers to model desired behaviors and run team-level culture experiments.
